Using the faces
These terms cover our watch-face software and related watch pages. Subject to the applicable Garmin purchase and platform terms, Chris Creates grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use a legitimately obtained face on supported devices. You may not redistribute or resell our app files or artwork without permission, except where applicable law or a third-party license allows it.
Availability, compatibility, and changes
Review the Garmin listing for supported models, price, and available features before buying. Features depend on watch hardware, firmware, settings, and Garmin APIs. We may update the faces to fix problems or adapt to platform changes. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on every future firmware version.
Weather, health, and location
Displayed values can be delayed, approximate, or unavailable. Weather comes from Garmin’s cache. On faces with location features, location can be a saved fix or a weather-coordinate fallback. Moon phase and visual solar effects are approximate. These faces are informational displays, not medical devices, navigation equipment, or emergency tools. Use appropriate primary sources for decisions that depend on accurate health, weather, or location information.
Purchases and refunds
When offered through Connect IQ, the purchase price, currency, taxes, and checkout terms are shown by Garmin. This website does not process watch-face payments. For purchase, billing, or refund requests, use Garmin’s order/support route and the terms applicable to your purchase. Contact us for software support. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights or remedies.
Artwork and third parties
The faces are independent Chris Creates designs, not Garmin products or endorsements. Garmin and Connect IQ marks belong to Garmin. Third-party fonts and imagery retain their respective licenses. Some faces use NASA imagery; NASA does not endorse them. Promotional renders contain sample data and may differ from the actual screen on your device.
Service limits
We aim to keep the software useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted third-party services, error-free operation, exact readings, or a particular battery life. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
