Nocturne

Nocturne is a quiet watch face for the middle of the night. A clear clock and wake countdown answer the first question at a glance. A soft aurora graph shows how the night has unfolded so far, while the unfilled space leaves the hours ahead easy to see.

• The night progress ring follows your configured bedtime-to-wake window. It is a schedule guide, not a measure of time asleep.
• Two history traces can show Body Battery, heart rate, stress, or Pulse Ox where the watch supplies that history. The default is Body Battery with heart rate.
• Three lower fields can show heart rate, Body Battery, stress, respiration, Pulse Ox, resting heart rate, steps, watch battery, recovery time, or sleep score. Hold a field to change it, if the shortcut is enabled.
• The heart field compares the current reading with your seven-day resting heart-rate average when available.
• Night, wind-down, morning recap, and day layouts follow the sleep schedule on your watch. Night Shield switches to a warm palette; night brightness has three levels.
• Customize the clock, glow, accent, graph colors, graph span, countdown line, progress ring, and seconds. The always-on view uses a simpler display.

Nocturne uses Garmin-provided readings and profile data on the watch. It does not provide sleep stages, time actually asleep, or heart-rate variability. Missing readings appear as dashes. Sleep score and some history fields depend on watch support and available data.
